Postal Entries

You are able to enter one of our competitions (standard or instant win) for free by following these conditions:

  1. Send your entry by first or second class post, pre paid to our promoter at the following address. 2ndEra, Unit H3, Roman Hill Business Park, Broadmayne, DT2 8LY.
  2. Any hand delivered entries will not be accepted into the random draw.
  3. Make sure to include these items in your entry;
    • Competition Details
    • Full Name
    • Your date of birth
    • Postal Address
    • Contact details, phone and email
    • Your answer to the competition Question
  4. Any incomplete entries or illegible entries will be discounted
  5. You can make multiple free entries for our competitions up to the limit placed on entries by the promoter. (This information will be displayed on the web page, on the relevant competition) Each entry must be submitted and posted to the promoter separately, multiple or bulk entries in one envelope or on one post card will not be accepted as bulk entries, they will be counted as one single entry.
  6. Any entry to a competition must be received by the promoter before the closing date and prior to all the ticks in the competition being allocated. Free entries received within 48 hours of the competition closing date and/or on the day of all of the tickets being sold or allocated will not be submitted as entries to the competition, but will be entered for the next competition of similar value at the promoters discretion that still has tickets available. Proof of postage will not guarantee entry into a random draw and will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  7. Your free entry into any competition must be received before all tickets are sold or allocated or within 48 hours of the closing date in order to be entered.
  8. If the number of entries received reaches any cap of limit before any free entries are received you will not be entered into the competition or any other competition. (save as may be in paragraph 6)
  9. All entrants must have created a full account on our website for any free entries to be counted, all details must exactly match the account details.
